I have a kegging system and have decided to make an easy root beer recipe for a company event. It is the Gnome extract I am using and want to use light brown sugar and honey as the sugar base. First, is that a good choice....approximately half honey, half sugar??? Second, sine I am not naturally carbonating (fermenting), what is good advice in sugar per gallon content?!?!?

I use Zatarains, 4oz extract, it says for 5gal I make 4gal for more flavor. I use 1/2 corn sugar and 1/2 Sugar In The Raw, and if I don't have the SITRaw I use light brown. I typically use a rate of 3# sugars/gallon but everyone's taste is different.
