I am 350 miles from my brewing supplies and can not brew for another 3 weeks. I have been building things and planning a kegging setup to keep my from going insane. I have all my keg setup planned and built a mlt with a copper manifold as well as a prechiller. Any other ideas on something i can make that will be easily portable when i head home?

Not sure I understand...you have an MLT, a prechiller, and the means to build them...presumably you can come up with water, a boiling vessel, and a fermenting vessel. Why can't you brew?
