Nice whiskey event going on at local packy. Aaand browse the beer section and find the whole menu of these guys on sale. They do English ales really well. Nice change of pace from the haze around here.

Hb pub ale after brewing a dry Irish stout today. Looks as though I need a refill.

This is a rerun but here's a pic of my wee heavy, co-pitched with Scottish ale yeast and Odd Breed farmhouse saison dregs. I kegged it about 5 weeks ago and it's mellowed out a bit but still nice and tart.

Drinking a whiskey sour with a sour mixed substituting the sugar mix with pineapple juice. It’s noticeable but I enjoy it and I’m ok with less sugars and more juice. Yes I know these juices have natural sugars in them…
