Crisp, most likely. I already made a small one earlier in the week from our plant, but I just picked about half of what is at my other house. The neighbor there has picked most of it in the past for wine, but said he’s taking a year off due to some health stuff. I think there will be a lot of rhubarb jam in my future. I’m open to any and all suggestions haha. I have five plants and we get a bunch from a CSA farmer most weeks

Keg kicked last night, so not a true side by side. Color and flavor are similar between keg and bottle, with the keg holding more bitterness. Clarity about the same before I let the sediment out of the bottle. All in, either really good bottling or really bad kegging 2 months out.

Some homebrew witbier that I made with way too much orange peel in it. So I mix a bottle of it with a can of Natural Ice and it's about right. (I might brew it again with half as much orange and a little more hops, but I'll be glad when this batch is gone)

I'm finding that out myself. I have very little experience with force carbonation, but I'm always surprised how much more I enjoy the bottled stock. Still would love a keg setup though...

HB low ABV Mexican Flor de Tilla funk beer.

Actually, happily surprised that this came out as well as it did. The tea brings the funk, and it's nice and subtle.

Really good, though I would recommend sharing the can. At 14% and big, it really should be consumed in 8 oz increments.
