I've got a beautiful "Belgium Stout" from beercraftr's recipe of a 1 gallon batch. Of course, I wish I brewed more, but I'd never know that if I had to brew 5 gallons of it because I'd not have brewed that much at a time to know!

It's a big beer, around 9% and smooth as hell.

Latest HB NEIPA using malted Oats this time instead of Flaked, naked oats to be exact. Not as yellow as the Flaked oats. No hop burn at week 2, so overall happy.

HB Genny Cream Ale clone. All hail the Lawnmower Beer! Doesn’t look great in this pic - needs a little time still. Haven’t had an actual Genny in decades since I live in Texas but originally from Rochester so making a Cream Ale clone is a nostalgia mission
