Sounds refreshing. OK, I'm officially interested in learning more about this. Do you have any suggestions on where to go to read up on the process?

I've got a beautiful "Belgium Stout" from beercraftr's recipe of a 1 gallon batch. Of course, I wish I brewed more, but I'd never know that if I had to brew 5 gallons of it because I'd not have brewed that much at a time to know!

It's a big beer, around 9% and smooth as hell.
