HB Milk Chocolate Stout, what was left in the carboy after kegging. Got a full 22 also to condition on sugar just to see what happens. Only got down to 1.030, could have left it another week but I've had bad luck with darker beers and wanted to get it safe in the keg. Tastes fantastic, just a hint of sweetness and the cocoa comes through like a good dark mocha. Hope it carbs up well.
