Pretty simple.

14lbs 2-row
1lb -Flaked Barley
4oz- Acid malt
Safeale05

8.5gallons RO. No sparge.
Re-mineralization to taste.

.3oz- Warrior 60min

1oz each - simcoe/Eldorado/Azacca 15min

1oz each - simcoe/Eldorado/Azacca. When wort hits 180F. Chilling in ice bath.

Same for dry hop. 3days

Personally, my favorite was simcoe/citra/mosaic with same ratio.

St. Arnold's Pumpkinator and Karbach Quintuple IPA. St.A was better..

Kegged this Hefeweizen a few days ago. Carbonated in 48 hours at 30 psi. My house Hefe which is a darn good clone of Paulaner Hefeweizen. Just the right balance of banana and clove at 5.5% ABV.

Trying to wrap up a double brew day-did a robust porter this morning and am boiling on an IPA , I guess NE style though I think it's dumb we are differentiating IPAs into sub categories. This one has Ella, simcoe, Galaxy, and mosaic and citra Mostly whirlpool and dry hop additions.

Dranking water- no beer in nearly 2 weeks. Something must be wrong with me
