Whip-In just south of downtown on I35, west side, and has good selections and decent taps. Other 3 i'd recommend are Whichcraft on South Lamar, Jester King which is quit a bit off 35, and Sunrise Mini-mart, a hole in wall gas station. All have websites.

My apricot blonde. This go round I am using mosaic and centennial hops as well as us05 fermenting in the low 60's is said to have a peach/ apricot flavor.

I wanted the beer to support the fruit vs letting it stand alone.

We will see.
