Centennial Blonde...my last bottle of the regular batch. Still have about 1/2 of the Belgian version.

Second pour. It certainly has the CS brett character that all their beers have. Pretty dang refreshing yet different than anything CS puts out on their own. May need to pick up a few more.


I also started a jar for sour/brett dregs of commercial beers i will just keep adding to over time. Anybody done this before?
