I was disappointed with Austin street- One patina I had tasted like sucking on a yeast cake and trub. They should have let it sit in the fermenter for like another 3 Days.

Glad to hear it just wasn't me. There was definitely something off with the first one. I was bummed because I hadn't tried them yet and heard good things.

Drinking a HB IIPA, and PatrickGoss, I soooooo miss scrapple! A nice hard sear so it’s crispy on the outside and soft on inside......some ketchup man that’s heaven, in your mouth.
