Looks like it could be my house. I love porterhouses and my wife prefers the tenderloins. PS, they’re just about done...



I couldn't agree more. The porterhouse will receive about 90 seconds on a very hot grill. I hate to say it, but I am going to take the fillet to medium rare. I am still uncertain if she prefers it that way or is just securing the leftovers for her own consumption.

Eye opener this frosty northeastern morning! Brewing a wheat beer that I plan on racking on top of 5-6lbs of blackberries picked from the garden.
