Backwoods bastard 2016 absolutely delicious, I think I, no it its better than KBS. Just immediate hits of vanilla, coconut, marshmallow, just so delicious. Sorry no pic. I'll post a pic tomm when I drink another and time to go grab more.

Just brewed a Vienna lager about 20 minutes ago. I pitched at 75 degrees. It's an all extract recipe from brew demon. I think they use an all purpose ale yeast. The fermenter is in my bedroom closet which usually stays between 68-72 degrees year round. I heard 75 degrees is the ideal pitching temperature, is that right?
 
No beer today, wasn't feeling it. Upper intestinal distress or just stress.
Instead I cooked dinner and then had 2 manhattans, followed by 2 scotches.
Have to get up at 6 am for brew day
