Have a glass of milk with them. Crime for me wasnt unbearable hot but was not good to buy again (or ever). Prepare for spicy and hop it wont burn coming out

My Wild Cider carb tester at ~2 weeks bottled. Granted aside from a single racking a month in and then bottling/priming with fresh yeast a couple weeks ago, I did absolutely nothing but let it sit it for 9 months (spontaneously fermented, didn't even pitch yeast until bottling), but it's delicious. Was worried initially when a month after active fermentation was over it smelled and tasted awful. Figured a little time would help, and I'm certainly glad I waited.
