First sample of "brett brawl" brewed back in mid november. Pitched 3726 and ecy34 from the get go and really like the results so far. Its a funky ass mess that somehow blends very well. May be bottling this soon, sitting at 1.002.

First sample of a sour saison brewed mid november with conan and crooked stave dregs. Wow! Nice tart to it and also fruity. Doesnt taste it but its at 1.017. Very happy!

Second of the previous sour saison, brewed with conan and "dreg party*" and also sitting at 1.017. This is easily the best of the three i sampled tonight. Nice sour punch, straight to the berries!

*Dreg party consists of dregs from: Ryan and the gosling, St. Bretta, CCB America Wild Sour, Fifty Niner, Interlude, Grist Berliner Weisse, CS Batch 100, Cherry Funk, Cantillon Kriek 100% lambic bio, Riserva, Surette, and Rueuze.
