I am in fact an ordained minister ULC. And I think beer porn is much better for the soul than the stuff that some other ministers get into (Jimmy Swagart or Jim Bakker for example). Cheers!

What were the results

Did not help the amber at all. Threw it way out of balance. I think half as much would help out the IPA though. I like malty IPAs but I think it could stand just a touch more sulfate.

Sadly, the red hasn't been good for more than a decade. I haven't had blue in several years, they were still pretty good with some age, but I don't know about the new ones. White was ok on draft last time I had it, but I've never liked it in the bottle.

Ok so keg leaking from where the serving hose attaches. Only when hose is attached. So I serve and remove it. Anyone have this happen?

I would not ever pay $10 for the prince. Last time I had it, it wasn't even tasty. That's more than the last batch of Noble King (which was quite tasty).
