A new brewery to me from the UK. I was expecting it to be more sour, but it's actually a much more low key sour which is pleasant and allows the base old ale to come through. I'll be trying more from this brewery.

Gah, no A/C in this place is killing me already.

Think anyone will notice if I walk out with a 99-pack under my arm?

Mr Falcon, 2/3 of their IPA + 1/3 of their Schwarzbier. Cheers to mixing your beers. It's a good combo.

Just got home from helping three guys and a beerd bottle their pumpkin beer called "soul patch" had an awesome time and learned a lot, had their pumpkin and ladder rye IPA and both were delicious, got bsing with the marketing guy and he mentioned that when they first started the resort I used to work at contacted them to do a brew for the resort, he mentioned my friends name who I used to live with and is part owner of the resort, I told him this and I said I can contact him to possibly set that up again, called my friend and he was super excited about it... I'm going to be working there one night a week as an unpaid apprentice, awesome night ! Here's a few pics of their bright tank, bottling station and boil kettlesImageUploadedByHome Brew1409878025.228231.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1409878051.384247.jpgImageUploadedByHome Brew1409878187.952710.jpg

Had their Somerset saison a few days ago, good but nothing impressive especially at the price.

Far too late for work to still be messing with me. Finally got dinner grilling. My mentor resigned from the company and I need a new job. At least there is my old friend chub.

I felt like Remmy after I saw, except vacation isn't in my vocabulary. A man can dream though right?

For me vacation days are for when one of the part time jobs really need me. Prost for the killer impersonation.

Grand Cru International Italian Pinot Grigio.

I had to wait for the kids to go to sleep before I could do my workout and I always find it hard to go to sleep for a couple of hours after a workout. Hopefully a couple of glasses of wine will help knock me out.

the lazy in me would rather just knock them back and not think too much about the flavor:cross:

Well I'm not one to knock drinking just for the sake of intoxication so go for it. I've consumed many a Tacate for that very reason lol
