A bottle from the portion of my DIPA that I bottle conditioned. Bottled in March and just now has enough co2 in the bottle to make a slight pfft when opened. I wish I would've just kegged this entire batch instead of a little over half. What a waste of a great beer. There's still a good hop presence, but it has faded from what it was when fresh. It's tasting more like DFH 120 min now.




Sure is clear though. That logo is on the other side of the glass.
