Hey, I'm looking to do a West Coast C's type ipa. I have on hand :
Cascade 3.8 oz
Centennial 2 oz
Chinook 1 oz
Cluster
Citra 2 oz
.......also 2 oz amarillo (not a c but willing to fudge it if necessary)
