West Coast "C's" IPA hop advice??

Hey, I'm looking to do a West Coast C's type ipa. I have on hand :
Cascade 3.8 oz
Centennial 2 oz
Chinook 1 oz
Cluster
Citra 2 oz
.......also 2 oz amarillo (not a c but willing to fudge it if necessary)

Here is what i am toying with so far:

Boil Size: 11.85 gal
Post Boil Volume: 11.23 gal
Batch Size (fermenter): 10.60 gal
Bottling Volume: 10.60 gal
Estimated OG: 1.056 SG
Estimated Color: 5.5 SRM
Estimated IBU: 65.7 IBUs
Brewhouse Efficiency: 72.00 %
Est Mash Efficiency: 73.4 %
Boil Time: 60 Minutes

That looks good. I would use a darker crystal than CaraPils, to get some flavor along with my dextrins (maybe C40L), or, since your grain bill is 13% crystal, maybe swap out the CaraPils for Victory or Vienna malt to give another layer of underlying malt flavor.

What yeast(s) are you thinking about?
 
I don't like much crystal in my IPA's. If it were me, I would drop the CaraPils and cut the Crystal by 50%.
5.2 is a waist of $ and does nothing for your beer, IMO.
All else looks great.

I always use the 5.2 because I don't know the ph of my water and have never gotten a report. I think of it as cheap insurance in case my water ph is messed up I don't think it's that expensive, I bought a tub of it and it's lasted about 2 years now.
 
Ok, so I'm still tweaking this....added 1 oz Cluster @ 10 min & moved more cascade to dryhopping and added some C40. Any suggestions?
How about hopstand/whirlpooling??? (I've never done it)
