It seems my water is workable , but don't know where to find out what to add and ect. And amounts to make it balanced or what ever I need ?
Here what I have it seems good but don't know.
All is in mg/l
Ca 2.24
Mag 1.24
Sod 5.06

Bi alk 11
And he said Ph ranges from 7-8 so I guess you can figure 7.5 ?

It may be easier for someone to help if you could report this in PPM instead of mg/l. I was having mash efficiency issues due to my water chemistry and a report from Ward Labs plugged in to Easy Water Calculator told me exactly how to fix it.

mg/L = ppm

mg/L = ppm

Well OK then!

Still, EZ Water Calculator. And you probably need more info on your water including chloride and sulfates. I'm no specialist, but I know that the difference in beer quality and efficiency before a proper water report plugged into the calculator was much worse than after.

Looks really soft. How does it taste? Ditto on the Chloride and sulfate levels. My guess is they are going to be low like the others. If that water is untreated, and tastes good, looks like you are pretty lucky. You should be able to find from your muni water co if they chlorinate the water, and if so with what.
