I have two of these and really only ever use one at a time, so I am selling my vortex stir plate. Comes with stir bar as well (picture is a stock photo).
Overall, its a really good stir plate. I have had up to 4000 ml on it, and it created the desired vortex no problem. I'm a big proponent of stir plates, AND starters in general, so this is a really good plate if you aren't one of those purists that wants to make your own. And before some ****** mentions it, I KNOW you can build one for $20 in spare parts. This is for the rest of us.
