I'm starting to think we're doing it wrong Saturday......
Maybe I should build a new mash tun? Plywood you say? I don't know, you guys all claim that the U's you make are good. Maybe trying something untested every year is the key. We have a new recipe at least.
I'm gonna ask this question and Erik you shut the feck up: What is more important to making this beer? The brewday going good or the fermentation? If your answer involves a store that only has parking "in the rear" then don't bother responding. Don't get me wrong you all seem perfectly centered.
