I used to know this guy that would turn his bottles upside down for a short bit, couple hours a day? not sure a week or two after bottling then put them back right side up for another week or two. I don't remember what he said it did for the beer, ant ideas what the advantage might be and is it legit?

He probably wanted to put the fallen yeast back into suspension in the hope of a "more complete" carbonation. Worth the effort? Sounds like an exbeeriment may be needed. I would guess no difference.

Maybe a time difference but the final result will be the same. It might just make a difference in the speed of the work the yeast do but that is all!:mug:
