Transferring to keg from ported plastic fermenter--experiences?

Who is gravity-racking to their corny keg using a spigot on a ported plastic fermenter / carboy (say, Big Mouth Bubbler or Better Bottle)?

What are your experiences, good or bad? Do you wish you were doing it another way?

Leaky spigot? Oxidation? Too much trub transferred? Surely this can't be as foolproof as it sounds in the brochure!
 
That's the process I use (bucket with spigot.) The spigots I use have a bleeder hole, so I can force StarSan back thru the spigot with the racking hose prior to racking. I cold crash and use gelatin before racking to compact the trub as much as possible. Move the fermenter very carefully after cold crashing and fining to avoid stirring up the top of the trub layer. Like most folks I get some junk on the first one or two pours, but then have no issues.
