Too much magnum bittering?

Hi guys
I'm going to be brewing a mosaic hop extract kit. It calls for .5 oz of magnums at 60 minutes. I've got an extra 2 oz of magnums I could throw in. The recipe calls for 2 oz mosaic at 10, 1 and dry hop.

is this a pale ale? you could bump it up to an ounce if you want it more bitter. if not, hold on to them for something else.

It's an IPA kit. I'll try the ounce. Thank you

And you could throw the extra ounce in at flameout, for no additional IBUs or throw it in as additional dryhop
