I'm pitching a Hoegaarden clone on Saturday and I realized I tossed 4 oz too much of flaked oat in my grain bag out of a 20 oz partial mash recipe boosting the total grains I have to 24 oz.
I don't know enough about the whole process to know what kind of effects this is going to have on the beer. Any ideas?
Thanks
