I want to upscale my beer production.

In order to do that I managed to find rectangular shaped plastic fermenter that fit in my chest freezer just right.

Then it got me thinking. The fermenters will be stacked relatively tightly in the freezer, at least two of the walls will be touching some fermenter. Is this an issue for the beer being this close to the wall (assumingly the walls are obviously cooling)? Is the empty space serving as a insulation for the beer or should I just RDWHAHB?

Thanks!

It would probably be best to have airflow around it, but probably it'll be fine.
