Doesn’t look light enough to be yeast but I wanted to get an opinion.

My initial thought as well but I thought the healthy yeast typically settled to the top. This was pulled from the bottom of a SS conical and washed once with sterile water.

looks like yeast to me... if you google for "yeast washing exposed" or "yeast washing revisited" by @WoodlandBrew (I think) you;ll find some blog posts where actual yeast counts are done on the "three layers"... upshot is, viable yeast in all layers... I don't bother separating anymore. I just stir up the yeast cake and pour off into sanitizes jars.

The three layers are supposedly:
top: spent beer
middle: good yeast
bottom: trub, dead yeast

in reality all three layers are full of viable yeast, according to WoodlandBrew's yeast counts... It's not worth trying to separate...
Just stir it up an keep it all... maybe decant spent beer before pitching the slurry.
