Thanks to All - 100th Batch Tonight

We started brewing nearly three years ago and HBT was the source of much of my research and learning. Thanks to all of you for the advice, the recipes, and encouragement. Tonight we brew our 100th batch which will be a slight variation of the Bell's Two Hearted Clone found on this site. We'll call it "Centennial Celebration". Cheers to all of you who have helped us along the way!

I like the way you think but it should come in around 7% ABV and will have about 6 ounces of hops.

I can't believe I didn't think of that..........

Congrats! I'm just about to wrap up my 19th and 20th batches...not even going to enjoy em either all ten gallons of it are for competition, anyways keep on brewing, we wanna see 200 by the end of the year!
