Thanks for all the great info! I am in my office watching my first home brew of Hefferweisen Dunkel bubble away in my Italian made Carboy(bought on Craigslist). I brewed it on Saturday and it's burping every 2 seconds so far and it's Tuesday already! The aroma is awesome. So, of course now it's time to search Craigslist for a kegerator/Co2 canister. Two weeks to go in Bethlehem PA until the verdict!
