Two months ago I had no throughts of brewing. But oh want a difference a few weeks can make.
In the last 45 days I've gone from nothing to 3 batches brewed. I've added a new brew kit, a freezer fermentation chamber (complete with an stc 1000), as well as a number of other diy projects to help make my beer the best it can be. Through it all this forum has been here to give advise and direction.
