Welcome from a "Winter Texan" on the Gulf coast!

Just starting up actually with a little mr beer. Bottling the first batch tonight which is just the extract that came with the kit. A pale ale that I added honey to just to see what happens. Grabbed a taste two nights ago and it was acceptable, we will see. Been trying to figure out how to do mini kegs in 3 gallon batches due to cramped quarters in a 1 bedroom apt.
