What do you guys think of this? That item won't stay at that price... I bet it sells for closer to $300 ( I used to own an aquarium company)...
I would do what you are thinking by having a small freezer that has a titanium coil in it or in a container of glycol, etc.
I imagined the smallest chest freezer that I could buy holding a tank of about 10 gallons of antifreezer that a copper coil (about 50 feet) woud sit in and then connect to a pump through a hole in the bottom of the tank for priming that then was controlled by aquarium controller that pumped cold saltwater or glcol to a coil that wraps around the outside of my fermenter (keg).

We have made fermenters like that. It's a lot more cost effective than jacketing on small homebrew fermenters.
The only potential downside I see is that you can get sweating on the tank in the warm weather.
