Switched the hops

I was brewing two batches of beer at the same time yesterday. An APA and a dunkel weizen, and I threw my hops I the wrong kettle. I now have a 30 IBU dark wheat, and an APA with only 19 IBU.

Now to rename and reclassify them for what they are instead of what they should have been.

hmm, a hoppy dunkel. Sounds good.

You could make a hop tea and add it to the APA to make it a bit more bitter or you could just enjoy it as is.
