So I have 4 kegs but can only fit 2 in my current kegerator. I ended up tapping my russian imperial stout early, while I am waiting on my IPA to finish. When the IPA is ready, I was going to take the RIS out and put that keg back in the cellar to store.
Would it do anything negative to take the RIS out of the fridge temps (~37) and into the cellar temps (~50-59)
