what would be an equal substitute of honey for the sugar enclosed in a kit? we have a belgian style going and they gave us a packet of sugar, and we were trying to figure out how much honey vs. sugar should be used. any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

There are 17 grams of sugars in a tablespoon of honey. There is 12.5 grams of sugar in a tablespoon of cane sugar. You can do the math from here.
