what would be an equal substitute of honey for the sugar enclosed in a kit? we have a belgian style going and they gave us a packet of sugar, and we were trying to figure out how much honey vs. sugar should be used. any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. :mug:

There are 17 grams of sugars in a tablespoon of honey. There is 12.5 grams of sugar in a tablespoon of cane sugar. You can do the math from here.
