Hi HBT people.

On of my pale ale kegs is not flowing.

It is full and sitting at 10psi. I drew only one pint from it.
It flows at a small trickle. I changed the cobra tap and it still did not work
I check both taps on others kegs and they worked fine.

I put the keg on the ground on its side move it around to try different angles or whatever and nothing changed.

Ideas? - I am going to have to move it to a new keg I guess.

Thanks guys.

Could the line be frozen or kinked?

Did you dry hop the keg?

Perhaps the poppet is clogged. Check it with another keg.

Ed.

It was flowing fine for the taster

I dry hopped.
Flow was still fine the first time.

I am guessing the little bag is stuck down at the bottom.

What is the poppet?

The cobra works with other kegs so it is not the tap.

I use these when I dry hop in the keg. No problems. You can get one at Austin Home Brew.

Easy to sanitize and holds an ounce of hops nicely right at the bottom of the dip tube.

I would sanitize a long steel coat hanger with a hook on it and fish the bag away from the dip tube.
