Howdy all!
Last night I discovered 2 of my 3 check valves in my manifold were stuck.
Air pressure alone wouldn't open them, but they moved freely when pushed with a thin allen wrench. There appears to be some keg lube or something similar causing the balls to stick closed.

I was thinking of boiling them to remove the lube and then flushing with star-san. Considering they control airflow, a couple bursts of CO2 should clear out any residual star-san and hopefully they would be good as new.

Has any one tried cleaning these or does anyone see any problems with this plan?

With thanksgiving coming up, I need to get this figured out this weekend or place an order for some new valves to get the kegerator back in shape.

Update-
this worked great. I boiled for ~30 minutes, let them cool, sprayed with star-san and blasted some CO2 through them and they are working like new again.
