Hi everyone,
Is this clotting normal? This is my 3rd go at it. My first was Irish red and the next was the cream, which all have looked normal to me with only the yeast patch on top, though the irish red blew the airlock many times.
Anyway, this is the Conundrum IPA from NB. I did everything exactly as the paper instructs. What worried me is it started doing this about an hour after pouring wort to carboy and adding the yeast.
Thought I would check see to be sure everything is fine.
As I was getting this post ready, the top of the wort seems to be clearing more and that stuff is settling on the bottom.
