Hellloooo. Making another batch tomorrow, this time an oatmeal stout. I have seen people that have run into problems by not steeping their specialty grains, but I also see they are using extracts.

If I am doing all grain, can I just mash em with everything else? Im using crystal 80, black patent and roasted barley.

I know that in my brown ale I used chocolate and didnt steep, and it tastes awesome. Just want to double check before I screw myself. Thanks!

Yep, just throw it all in together in the mash, thats one of the benefits of all grain. The oatmeal too, I didn't see it in your list.

COLO is right. In your mash tun your basically steeping your specialty and base grain(the liquid/dry extract) together, only more efficiently.
