So I'm on my second stage of a 2 stage starter and I've not gotten anywhere near the activity that I had during my first stage. I'm pretty sure that it's because it was a bit chilly last night and the kitchen temp was down to 65F when I woke up this morning (it's normally a steady 70F).

I have a feeling that the temp swing is the reason my starter seems to have slowed/stopped majorly fermenting. Should I just let the starter sit out for another 24 hours to see if I get any more activity or just pop in in the fridge tonight and brew tomorrow as planned?

For what it's worth, I don't usually see a lot of activity out of my starters. I'd probably just tomorrow as scheduled. If you have the time to wait, that probably won't hurt anything, I just don't know if it's necessary.
