SS Quick Connect Sticking

Has anyone else had a problem with the female end of quick connects getting stuck - as in, the collar part doesn’t move to release?

Yup, the ball bearings are stuck due to wort drying

Soak it for a few min in water or if really stuck warm pbw you will be GTG

I soak mine in some one step cleaner after brewing

I have not. One suggestion though, buy a couple of the inside gaskets. I lost one during clean up and didn’t realize it. Made the next brew day a PITA

Actually, none of mine have gaskets. Where did you get replacements?

More beer had them if you pull up the QD it’ll be listed underneath as an add on
