So.. can I just tee off the line after the regulator to pressurize 2 pin-lock kegs at the same PSI? One of the LHBS (not my usual place) tried to get me to buy a bunch of crap just to split it.. like ~$60-$80 worth of stuff... I'm thinking a $1 tee would do it... no?

A brass T is all it takes. The rest of the stuff was probably shutoffs with check valves to prevent mixing.

Yep just a "T" will do thge trick if you really want to get jiggy buy shut offs for about $4 so you can shut of one at a time. or add your counter pressure bottle filler without having to shut off your gas to change it out.

You can even use a plastic T if you're not going to go above the 12-14 psi it takes to serve. If you're gonna increase the pressure much above that (force carbonation, for example), use brass.
