Spike brewing complete system

Looking for help to put together the complete electric brewing system I have from spike brewing.

Also need advice on finding something thst won't cost too much to control exhaust... something that could funnel into a bucket or out of the window....

As far as what you need to do for exhaust...it's hard to offer ideas without knowing your situation. I don't know what you mean by "funnel into a bucket." According to the Spike site, they use a 400 cfm fan to exhaust the vapor from their test bed. You'll need a large enough hood to capture the rising vapor, and send that outside via fan. If you are in a basement with a window, that's an excellent place to send the exit ductwork.
