Sparge Arm The Brew Dogs Use?

I'm looking to get a new sparge arm - the thing that rains down hot water when fly sparging over the grain bed in the mash tun.

I tried the little spinning thing, and never really like it, so I want to try one like the guys on the show brew dogs have. It looks like it's just a dome that has a jet of water shot into the middle of it. It looks to attach to the side of the pot.

Anyone know the unit I'm talking about and where I can maybe get it on the cheap?
