I've got an oatmeal brown recipe that I've dialed in and really like. It's reminiscent of Cigar City Maduro Oatmeal Brown.

I'm going to brew a batch and want to sour it. Any suggestions for commercially available bugs that you think would be a good match for this guy?

thanks

I use lacto, pedio, and either brett brux or brett lambicus from wyeast after primary fermentation. Then just put it in a corner and forget about it for at least 6 months. I also cut a hole in the bottom of a paper shopping bag and put it over the carboy so it doesn't get light struck.
