Hello all.

I'm living in Portland, OR. studying the ways of brewing. I've been a voyeur on this site for a while and would like some honest feed back about the brew process so far.

I'm on my 6th batch now and primary fermentation on my most recent A.G. started while I was at work today! I hope waiting for fermentation is always this exciting. When it finally starts I always feel victorious over the apes.

What separates man from the beast is our ability to make beer, right?
