I am considering doing nothing but homebrewing activities this weekend. Will for sure brew a Bohemian Pilsner and an IPA, perhaps a Hefe too. Also need to bottle 10 gallons and keg 15 gallons. There is a good chance I will not get all this done...

German pils on Sunday - pils malt, with some acidulated and wheat, perle and hallertau, with wyeast bohemian.

I have a bohemian pilsner on tap right now (see "something like stella" thread) that is one of my better brews. What recipe are you using?

Sent from my SGH-T959 using Home Brew Talk

Boy scout hike on Saturday was cancalled, so I get to start the Keezer project a day earlier. While I am working on that project this Saturday, I plan to brew BM's Centenial Blonde (extract). Hopefully it will be the first beer put into a keg.

Gonna start brewing beers for the Chico competition. First will be an IPA this Sunday. Should be Sunny and about 50*, so it should be a good brew day.:mug:

Looks like an APA this weekend. First brew of 2011. Recipe TBD, I just bought a sack of 2-row and I know I've got some leftover Vienna. Thinking a little Vienna, a little C40, and see what I've got left for domestic hops in the freezer.

Haven't brewed in over 6 months (just been busy, etc.) and I'm diving back in this weekend with a Milk Stout (Left Hand clone), all grain. My kegs have been empty for too long. Time to start fillin up that pipeline!

Dry pipelines are just so, so, very sad... :(

In response to the many requests I am brewing another batch of the Chili Centennial Blonde Ale tomorrow.

Also I plan to do NB's Irish Blonde at some point this weekend.

My stout is still taking up my fermenting fridge (from 1.103 to under 1.050 in a week, woohoo!) but it still has a ways to go, so it has priority in regards to temp control.

2 firsts this weekend for me:

Satuday ( today ) brewing my first lager - and since I'm lagering ata friends place an hour away, I will not be tempted to mess with it early - so I'm doing my Octoberfest - should be wonderfully mellow, given 8 months...

Sunday - I'm playing with "bugs" - gonna brew a kit Hefe from the LHBS, but use Lambic Blend - let it run a week or two, and pitch on 192 oz of Oregon Raspberry puree .....

Thats going to be a beastly porter. Cheers!

I am on deck with an alaskan amber at the request of SWMBO. So far the wind has kicked up to 20+ mph and it started raining. The wind is making it really hard to keep my boil where I want it. I guess thats part of the fun right? After this I may try to do an AG wheat in the next week or three.

Brewed up my second batch ever, a mini-mash Smithwick's clone for Saint Patty's Day. Now just waiting for the bubbling to start..

Sweet, brewing right now actually. Fedex got me my shipment from Midwest earlier today even though it was scheduled for Tuesday delivery. I'm VERY happy! So right now brewing the first of two self designed hefeweizens recipes. Extract with steeping grains.
