Slicker IIPA

Size: 10 gallons
Color: 26 HCU (~14 SRM)
Bitterness: 97 IBU
OG: 1.089
FG: 1.016
Alcohol: 9.4% v/v (7.4% w/w)
Grain:
26 lb. British pale
2 lb. American crystal 90L
1 lb. Brown sugar
Mash:
80% efficiency
90min @156F
Boil: 120 minutes
Hops:
2 oz. Columbus (14% AA, 90 min.)
1 oz. galena (11% AA, 90 min.)
2 oz. Centennial (8.7% AA, 20 min.)
2 oz. amarillo (7.8% AA, 15 min.)
2 oz. Cascade (5.8% AA, 10 min.)
2 oz. willamette (aroma)
Yeast: WLP007
I used the Beer Recipator to put this together. I've recently fallen in love with the 007 strain from White Labs...produces super clear beer, especially when cold crashed.
