Sixtel kegs of any use?

since they're basically 5 gallons in size, you could use them for fermenters or for kegging your own beer.
 
I'm already set up for cornies, so would it really be worthwhile to keg into them? ...wouldn't I need additional equipment.

I will look into using them as fermenters. Given their 5 gallon size, I guess they'd be relegated to secondaries?

I like Sanke fittings better than corny posts. If you wanted to serve them, you would just need a D-style coupler, then attach your gas and beer lines to that.
