Hey all, I didnt know what to make this weekend so I just wound up buying a bunch of hops... looking for a bigger beer, with alot of late hop additions:
15# 2-row
1.5# Crystal 20
1# White Wheat
0.5oz Centennial FWH
1oz Centennial 60mins
1oz Cascade 5mins
1oz Citra 5mins
.5 Centennial 5mins
1oz Cascade 0mins (flameout)
1oz Centennial dry hop
1oz Cascade dry hop
either WL002 or Safale -05
Thats all the hops I have on hand, no more no less, but I can play with when to add them. How does that look? Should I move the Citra up or down? More at flameout or dry hop?
